I loved my TRE session with Munja and felt fully held and guided throughout. I was carrying some pain in my hips and with Munja’s expert guidance I was able to gently release tension I had been holding. I had a lovely session of neurogenic yoga with Munja, her voice is so soft and calming, she explained how the session would go and demonstrated every movement.
